Dr. Valeria Pulieri
Founder
- PhD and MSc in Animal Biology
18+ years of experience managing European projects. She has worked extensively in Deep Tech domains, including advanced manufacturing and climate tech. Her role has been pivotal in building networks in the venture capital sector, supporting fundraising activities, and expanding scientific networks. Dr Pulieri's work in circular economy and sustainability has led to her coordination of various European projects.
Dr. Magdalena Tyndyk

With over 25 years of experience in research, innovation, and networking, her expertise lies in fostering international collaborations. She has a demonstrated track record of helping institutions, industry partners, and public sector organisations unlock their innovation potential using public and private funds. Magdalena specialises in strategic project management, creative problem-solving, and fostering dynamic stakeholder engagement to build vibrant international networks.
Joana Soares
Senior Project Manager
- MSc in Psychology, MSc in Educational Technologies
With over 20 years of experience in the design, development, coordination, and evaluation of projects in the fields of innovation, education, and research, Joana Soares is a senior consultant and project manager. She has worked in several national and international cooperation initiatives, helping public authorities, SMEs, NGOs, universities, and research centres access and manage funding from several Framework Programs, tenders, Erasmus+, EEA Grants, and national programs. Joana's specialisations include strategic project development, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and impact-oriented delivery across diverse European contexts.
